We employ Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Nurse’s Aides, Home Health Aides and Companions. Our competent and caring employees are thoroughly interviewed, screened, and carefully selected.

All employees are required to complete:

• Criminal background checks
• Social Security verification checks
• Verification of required licenses
• Business and personal reference checks
• Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) checks
• Office of Inspector General (OIG) checks
• Initial and random drug screenings.

We provide all employees with full professional and general liability insurance coverage as well as worker’s compensation and bond coverage.

Our initial assessment includes an In-Home Nurse visit to do an admission assessment. This will include a medical history/needs assessment, medication review, home safety assessment and an assessment for other community services which may be needed. Your customized service/care plan is then developed with you.

On-Going Nurse assessments, employee supervisories/competency reviews and physician’s updates are included in our services for as long as you remain a customer. We make every attempt to select employees with the specialized and necessary skills to meet your needs.

You are always included in the development of your plan of care, as well as your family and personal physician as needed.

Your service plan and satisfaction are monitored continuously. You can talk to a Service Manager 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.
